At Golden Age Senior Resources, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional services that require years of specialized expertise and experience. Due to the nature of our services—specifically the completion and submission of medication assistance applications—we do not offer refunds for any payments made.
Once our service is rendered, it cannot be undone or returned. The knowledge, time, and effort invested into each application are non-recoverable. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Prior to receiving services, all participants are required to sign a one-time service agreement acknowledging and accepting this policy.
